What we collect
Only what you enter in the forms on this site (contact, pilot application and datasheet request): name, company, email address, the options you choose — such as your segment, platform, control system and timeline — and your message. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to reply to your request and, where relevant, to discuss participation in the pilot program (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
Retention
We keep your request for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contractual relationship follows.
Recipients
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. It may be processed by our hosting and email providers acting as processors on our behalf.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to rastella@kayrodigital.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
